By accessing our website or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

"Stellar AGI Labs" is the collective name of a multinational technology group comprising the four legal entities below. Depending on your region and the services you use, the relevant entity provides the services and bears the corresponding responsibilities:

• Hong Kong Stellar Digital Technology Limited — Hong Kong · Asia HQ

• Shenzhen Xingwen Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd. — Mainland China · AI & API operations

• Shenzhen Xingwen Chip Technology Co., Ltd. — Mainland China · AI hardware R&D and manufacturing

• MiniCode LLC — United States · International operations

These entities are collectively referred to as the "Company", "we" or "us" in these Terms.

Stellar AGI Labs provides AI-powered products, Web3 trading platforms, and enterprise IT services including but not limited to: AskAIs AI, AskAIs LLM, AI Hardware, Enterprise SaaS, Software Development, and WeTruste. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

Some services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to: use our services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with or disrupt our services; upload malicious code or harmful content; infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others; use our API services beyond your allocated credit limits.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our website and services are owned by Stellar AGI Labs or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Certain services, including the AskAIs AI API platform, operate on a credit-based usage model. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and credit allocations with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellar AGI Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stellar AGI Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. For services provided in mainland China and the United States, the applicable local laws of the relevant entity also apply. Except where mandatory local law provides otherwise, disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
