AskAIs 2.0 Is Coming: M-2, Hong Kong-Localized AI, 20 Agents and an Open API Ecosystem Debut in Hong Kong
AskAIs 2.0 is coming. The new system combines the M-2 large model, Hong Kong-localized model capability, 20 stronger AI Agents, AskAIs Mini SSD, an open MCP interface and a free Receipt API, with a launch event planned in Hong Kong within 2026.
The AI a startup actually needs is not just chat, and not just answering questions.
It should understand the business, break down tasks, call tools, generate documents, record data, connect systems, and actually deliver the result.
From issuing receipts, drafting contracts, organizing files and recording revenue, to company registration, team collaboration, client records, financial statements, poster design, API integration and business process automation, founders do not face a single problem each day. They face an entire stream of recurring business chores.
That is exactly the problem AskAIs has been solving:
Leave the startup chores to AI.
Today we are glad to announce in advance: AskAIs 2.0 is coming.
The next generation of AskAIs will be built on our latest large model, M-2. It will introduce Hong Kong-localized model capability that better understands local language, business culture and enterprise scenarios, and it will bring 20 stronger AI Agents.
At the same time, AskAIs 2.0 will be paired with AskAIs Mini SSD, our AI training storage product built on our first-generation in-house storage chip. It will open the MCP interface, and make the Receipt API free for everyone, upgrading AskAIs from an AI tool into an intelligent business system for startups, SMEs, developers and enterprise customers.
The AskAIs 2.0 launch event is expected to be held in Hong Kong within 2026. Time, venue and registration details will be announced separately.
From One Sentence to a Delivered Result
The core idea behind AskAIs is simple. Users should not have to learn a complex system or switch between many tools by hand. They should be able to say one sentence, the way they normally talk, and the AI understands the request and gets it done.
For example:
AskAIs 2.0 will understand the intent, determine the task type, call the right Agent, generate the result, and complete file output, data storage or an API response.
This means AskAIs is not just an AI chat box. It is an AI Agent system built for business execution.
Our goal is not to build an AI that chats better, but one that can genuinely enter enterprise workflows, take part in execution, and help teams deliver.
M-2: The New Intelligence Layer Behind AskAIs 2.0
AskAIs 2.0 will be built on our latest large model, M-2. M-2 will serve as the core intelligence layer of AskAIs 2.0, focusing on business understanding, multi-step reasoning, tool calling, context memory and multimodal processing.
Compared with the previous generation, M-2 will strengthen the following directions.
First, stronger business intent understanding. The system will more accurately judge whether the user wants to issue an invoice, keep accounts, write a document, make a plan, handle client records, or trigger a business process.
Second, stronger multi-step task decomposition. AskAIs 2.0 does not merely answer questions. It can break a complex task into steps, decide the order of execution, and orchestrate different Agents to complete it together.
Third, stronger enterprise context. The system will better understand company records, client information, common templates, currencies, languages, file formats and business conventions, so every generated result sits closer to the real enterprise scenario.
Fourth, stronger multimodal input. Text, voice, screenshots, spreadsheets, files and chat logs can all become an entry point for a task. Users do not need to learn complex operations; they simply express the need the way they normally would.
Fifth, stronger tool calling and result verification. M-2 will combine Agents, databases, file systems, APIs, MCP and enterprise templates to review, render and output the generated result, reducing repetitive manual work and improving consistency.
Hong Kong-Localized Model Capability
AskAIs 2.0 will also focus on integrating and strengthening Hong Kong-localized model capability.
Hong Kong is a highly international, bilingual and multilingual business city. Day-to-day enterprise communication often mixes Traditional Chinese, English, Cantonese expressions, Hong Kong-style business terminology and bilingual document formats.
Conventional AI systems handling Hong Kong scenarios often produce language that feels unnatural, formats that do not quite fit, and an insufficient grasp of the business context.
AskAIs 2.0 will therefore be further optimized around Hong Kong business scenarios, so the AI better understands:
This means that when users generate receipts, contracts, corporate documents, client emails, government supplementary materials, financial notes or business reports with AskAIs 2.0, the system does not merely translate words. It gets closer to the language and formats Hong Kong companies actually use.
We want AskAIs 2.0 to be not just a general-purpose AI tool, but an AI Agent system genuinely suited to Hong Kong enterprises, startup teams, cross-border business and local commercial scenarios.
20 Stronger Agents: Letting AI Truly Take Part in Execution
AskAIs 2.0 will introduce a more complete Agent matrix covering the daily workflows of startups, SMEs, cross-border teams, developers and enterprise customers. It is expected to include:
These Agents are not standalone buttons. Under M-2's unified orchestration, they work together.
For example, when a user says: "Issue a 1,000 SGD receipt for this client and sync it to the back office." The system will not only generate the receipt. It will determine the payee, payer, currency, date, number, item description, tax, payment method and file format, then save the result to the back office or return it through an API.
Or when a user says: "Organize this batch of company registration materials and generate the formal documents." AskAIs 2.0 will recognize the material types, organize the company name, address, contact person, business description, document purpose and output format, and automatically produce document content that fits the business context.
That is the core change in AskAIs 2.0:
Not simply answering. Actually executing.
AskAIs Mini SSD, Built on Our First-Generation In-House Storage Chip
Another important direction for AskAIs 2.0 is upgrading the underlying AI infrastructure.

As AI Agent capability grows, the system's demands on data reading, model invocation, task caching, file processing and training storage rise with it. Competition in AI is not only about model capability. It is also about compute, storage, data pipelines and systems engineering.
We are therefore bringing AskAIs 2.0 into deeper alignment with our first-generation AI training storage product.
AskAIs Mini SSD is our AI training storage product built on our first-generation in-house storage chip, designed for LLM training, large-volume data processing, high-throughput reads and AI workloads. It marks an important step for AskAIs from a software system toward AI infrastructure.
At the AskAIs 2.0 launch we plan to demonstrate this combined software-and-hardware path:
This is not a single product launch. It is an important step for AskAIs from an AI application toward AI infrastructure.
In the future, AskAIs hopes not only to provide AI tools for users, but also to progressively build the underlying capability that supports AI Agents, enterprise automation and large-model training.
Opening the MCP Interface: Connecting AskAIs to More Tools and Systems
AskAIs 2.0 will further open the MCP interface.
The significance of MCP is that it lets AI Agents connect more easily to external tools, databases, enterprise systems, file systems and automated workflows. For enterprise customers and developers, this means AskAIs is no longer only a standalone platform. It can become part of an enterprise's internal systems.
In the future, developers will be able to use the MCP interface to connect AskAIs to more business tools, for example:
This gives AskAIs 2.0 far greater extensibility.
For ordinary users, it means AI can do more. For enterprises, it means AI can enter real business workflows. For developers, it means they can build their own AI Agent applications around AskAIs.
AskAIs 2.0 will not just be a product. It will be an open AI business platform that can be integrated, extended and composed.
The Receipt API Will Be Free: AI Receipt Generation for Every Developer
AskAIs 2.0 will also open a particularly important capability: the Receipt API will be free for everyone to use.
Receipts and invoices are among the most common foundational features in startups, SaaS platforms, cross-border e-commerce, AI tools, payment systems, order systems and enterprise back offices.
But for many developers and startup teams, building a receipt system is not simple. It involves company records, client records, currencies, numbering, tax, item descriptions, PDF generation, layout, file download and back-office archiving.
AskAIs wants to lower that barrier. With the AskAIs Receipt API, developers can quickly generate standardized, multi-currency, downloadable electronic receipts and integrate them into their own product back office, order system or customer management system.
Our goal is clear:
Once the Receipt API is free, developers can test, integrate and deploy AskAIs capability at a much lower cost.
In the future we also plan to progressively open more document, finance and Agent APIs, such as a contract API, quotation API, document generation API, bookkeeping API, Agent API and enterprise MCP tool interfaces.
The exact free quota, call rules, API documentation and availability will follow the information published at the official AskAIs 2.0 launch.
The Core Changes in AskAIs 2.0
AskAIs 2.0 is not an ordinary version update. Its core changes can be summarized in six points.
First, from AI tool to AI Agent system. AskAIs no longer offers only single-point features; it covers real business workflows through 20 Agents.
Second, from chat generation to task delivery. The system does not only generate text. It outputs receipts, contracts, statements, documents, API results and back-office records.
Third, from general AI to Hong Kong-localized AI. AskAIs 2.0 will better understand Traditional Chinese, Cantonese context, Hong Kong-style business documents and local enterprise workflows.
Fourth, from software platform to software plus hardware. AskAIs 2.0 combines the M-2 model with AskAIs Mini SSD, forming a complete path from model to Agent to API to AI training storage.
Fifth, from closed product to open ecosystem. Through the MCP interface and the free Receipt API, AskAIs opens more capability to developers, enterprises and partners.
Sixth, from single user to team and enterprise collaboration. AskAIs 2.0 will suit startup teams, SMEs, cross-border teams and developer integrations.
Why Launch in Hong Kong?
Hong Kong is an important base for Stellar AGI Labs and an important window for AskAIs into international markets.
As a city connecting mainland China, Southeast Asia and international markets, Hong Kong offers an open business environment, a mature financial system, multilingual communication and a large base of SME demand.
For AskAIs, Hong Kong is not only a launch venue. It is a real application scenario. Here you find cross-border trading companies, SaaS teams, AI startups, corporate service providers, developer teams and international clients. All of them need more efficient document handling, financial records, client communication, corporate data organization, API integration and automation tools.
AskAIs 2.0 hopes to start from Hong Kong and bring AI Agent capability to more founders, SMEs, developers and enterprise customers.
We therefore plan to hold the AskAIs 2.0 launch event in Hong Kong within 2026.
The event will showcase not only the capabilities of AskAIs 2.0, but also Stellar AGI Labs' overall positioning across large models, Hong Kong-localized AI, AI Agents, developer APIs and AI training storage hardware.
What the Launch Event Will Cover
The AskAIs 2.0 launch event is expected to showcase:
Through this event we hope users, enterprise customers, developers and partners will see a more complete AskAIs: an AI business assistant and an AI Agent platform; serving individuals and startups as well as enterprise systems; delivering software while building its own AI infrastructure; addressing global markets while understanding Hong Kong's local culture and business context.
The Open Beta Program
Around the official launch of AskAIs 2.0, we plan to progressively open the first batch of Beta places. Beta access will prioritize:
Through the Beta program, users can try the Agent capability, Receipt API, MCP interface and Hong Kong-localized model capability of AskAIs 2.0 ahead of time, and give us feedback grounded in real business needs.
We want AskAIs 2.0 to be a system that grows together with real users, real companies and real workflows, not a product developed behind closed doors.
Closing
AskAIs 2.0 is more than a version upgrade. It reflects our judgment about the next generation of AI products: the AI of the future should not stay inside a chat window. It should understand the business, connect tools, call Agents, generate documents, open interfaces, and ultimately deliver.
"We can only see a short distance ahead, but we can see plenty there that needs to be done." Alan Turing, Computing Machinery and Intelligence, 1950
Turing wrote that line in 1950. It closes the paper that opened the field of artificial intelligence. More than seventy years later it still holds: we cannot see very far ahead, yet there is more in front of us than we could ever finish.
For us, that work is concrete. A receipt. A contract. A bookkeeping entry. An API call. And Hong Kong is the right place to make it work. This city holds the most international pace of business, the most layered bilingual context, and the most pragmatic needs of small and medium enterprises, all at once. An AI that works in Hong Kong has a chance of working anywhere in the world.
AskAIs 2.0 is coming, in Hong Kong.
Leave the startup chores to AI.
